Paul Schofill - Principal

Paul began to work in Construction at an early age over 30 years ago. He always aspired to be a General Contractor and to own his own business. He has been building homes for over 16 years with 120 homes completed ranging from $155,000 to $700,000. Paul has experience in flooring, renovations, disaster remediation, as well as General Contracting. Paul opened Lot Construction on March 8, 2010. Paul was born and raised in Houston County and has grown Lot Construction through his relationships in the community and ambition to provide a quality product that isn’t just any other home. Paul is a licensed Residential Contractor in the state of Georgia.
